Seller responsibilities

• List only genuine products you are entitled to sell, with accurate titles, photos and prices.
• Confirm and ship orders promptly and provide valid courier tracking.
• Honour the return policy for defective, damaged or incorrect items.
• Never move customers to off-platform channels or share contact details in listings.

Commission & fees

ePlaza.pk charges a commission on each completed sale (the current default is shown on the Sell page). Opening a store is free; there are no monthly fees.

Payouts

Earnings are credited after delivery and become withdrawable after the return hold period. Payouts are sent to the bank or wallet account on file.

Suspension

Accounts that violate these rules, receive repeated complaints or sell prohibited items may be suspended or removed.
