The below-described warranty policy ensures that your product is protected against any defects in material, design, and/or workmanship after the purchase of the product.

Arab Tools provides the warranty regulations and conditions to the buyers. In order to facilitate the excellent after sales experience for buyers, Arab Tools takes the responsibility to provide and deliver the warranty to each buyer. The framed in warranty policies and conditions shall be abiding by the seller’s demands and conditions.

Warranty/guarantee offered to each product is the liability of the Arab Tools and the terms and conditions to avail the shall be specified clearly with the buyer contract during the order placement, provided that no discrepancies are further developed between the Arab Tools and customers.

The warranty against damage/ loss/wear and tear/willful damage/negligence, abnormal working conditions/failure to follow instructions, etc., has to be viewed and understood by the customer during the purchase

The claims towards the breach of any warranty or any misrepresentation have to be included in the contract with the buyer and Arab Tools and we do not possess any liability towards claims other than any specified in the contract.

Eligible products

The eligibility for the warranty and similar services will be mentioned within the contract between the buyer and Arab Tools. However, warranty claims shall be carried out through our help desk or the authorized service centers approved by us. All products sold on Arab Tools may not be covered by the warranty. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the warranty benefits.

Defective part

The warranty does not apply to any cases other than defects in material, design, and/or workmanship. Arab Tools may complete the warranty obligations via repairing of a defective product or refunding for the product upon eligibility.

How to claim Warranty

To avail of warranty services for eligible products, you should apply within the valid warranty period. Upon the approval of warranty, the customer takes the responsibility to send the product or drop the product in the service area as prescribed and the repaired or replaced product shall get returned to you within 21 working days.

Warranty repairs and Replacement

Repair or replacement under the terms of a warranty does not provide users with the right to extend or renew the warranty period. Warranty terms are as per the Arab Tool’s policy. In case of any of the event that your product cannot be repaired or replaced but is still under the manufacturer's warranty, we'll arrange for a replacement or, if a replacement isn't available, you'll be refunded in the full amount of purchase.

Misuse of product

Any kind of abuse or misuse of the product despite not using it for its purpose or not, shall not entitle for warranty. Any action that violates the manufacturer’s instructions on usage and maintenance also does not attract warranty.

Not transferable

The warranty issued on a specific product is not transferable for any other products. Any attempt to alter or amend the product or the invoice towards this will attract prosecution

Unauthorized modifications

No products or item(s) purchased from Arab Tools gets the eligible warranty if it subject to any unauthorized modifications.

Incorrect installation

Incorrect installations or repair attempted by any unauthorized service center may physically damage the product. Any product with such kind of broken screens, heavy dents, bent products, that can prevent a product from functioning properly as well as non-eligible for warranty.

Broken products

Any situation that causes any broken title to the product may distract the warranty unless the cause of damage does not prove to be unintentional. If any of the seals on the battery enclosure or cells are broken or show evidence of tampering, you may not get a warranty unless the seller approves for the same.

Warranty Not Applicable

The warranty given for the products does not apply:

●If original software alteration or modification

●if the purchased product is not used with original accessories

●if the original serial number of the product is removed or tampered

●if the maintenance and periodic checks of purchased products failed

●for replacement of consumables

●If any of the seals on the battery enclosure or cells are broken or show evidence of tampering.
