Only registered users get complete access to the Eplaza website and application.

Upon registration, you have the option to choose whether or not to receive notifications or newsletters from us.

You are solely responsible for the security of your user information credentials and access to our platform.

All of your submitted personal information shall be gathered, used, and governed by us.

Eplaza reserves the complete right to alter, amend, or correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions to provide up-to-date information.

Agreement to Order

Upon every access to order items through our platform, you agree:

• Not to use our services if you no longer meet the eligibility criteria to purchase from us.
• Not to interfere with user listings other than yours.

Order & Payment Conditions

By placing an order through Eplaza, you agree to provide our third-party payment processor with the authority to process your credit/debit card details against the amount of your order.

We accept payment methods including credit/debit card, E-Wallet, cash on delivery, credit card purchase delivery, PDC, express payment machines, bank transfer, and transfer through exchange.

Cancelling Order

You can cancel the order upon submitting your reason. If the stated reason for the withdrawal seems genuine for us, order cancellation shall get processed.

Our Cancellation

We may cancel your order(s) if:

• We may cancel the orders upon breach of contract or failure to pay on time.
• You fail to provide us with information that is necessary to process the order.
• You do not collect the order within the given time frame.

Invoice

We will issue an electronic invoice for your purchase and send it to the email address you provided to us.

Reselling

We have multiple authorized resellers on our platform. You are required to accept individual terms and conditions while you use their profile to purchase from our platform.

Copyrights & Trademark

The trademarks, logos, designs, and services displayed on our website are the sole property of Eplaza and any reproduced, duplicated, copied or modified use of the same without consent may invite legal formalities.

Facilities

All facilities offered by the Eplaza platform, its sellers, and resellers are strictly intended for the pure trading purpose, and no activities or intentions to damage or destroy the same shall be prosecuted.

Dispute

Any dispute, grievance, or issue with our services can be resolved at its best via discussion with our team. Upon failure to settle down the disputes, any claims or disagreement arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use shall legally proceed.

Governing Law

All sorts of disputes, disagreement, or violation subject to the use or access of this platform fall under the application of the law of the Dubai International Finance Center (DIFC).

Claim

Any claims by the buyer can be submitted within 30 days of the shipment and no returns, refunds, or replacement will be given without authorization from the concerned department.

Third-party Seller

No third-party sellers are given the authority or right to enforce any of the terms and conditions of this platform.

Our Liability

We are liable only for the services offered on the platform and do not take any liability for any products by the sellers on our platform. In no event shall Eplaza be liable for the cost of procurement of substitute goods by the customer, loss of use, data, profits, consequential losses damages, product return costs, or patent claims.
